Our mission is to take on the challenge of developing a turn-based strategy and tactical battle game, currently under the working title <strong>"Project Greenleaf".</strong></p><p>Drawing inspiration from genre-defining titles such as Total War, Fields of Glory, Knights of Honour, and more, we aim to create a game that pays homage to these classics while introducing fresh ideas to make it enjoyable for both seasoned veterans and newcomers to the genre.</p><h1><strong>Who We Are:</strong></h1><p>At Nytwolf Games, our team currently comprises two designers, two developers, a game director, and two co-founders, including myself. As we continue to expand, our goal is to attract new talent that seamlessly complements our existing team, all with the shared objective of delivering an immersive and captivating gaming experience. Stay tuned for our upcoming blog posts, where each team member will personally introduce themselves!</p><h1><strong>Who I Am:</strong></h1><p>Allow me to introduce myself – I am Sachin R Doss, a co-founder of Nytwolf Games and the lead developer behind Pantheon Wars. While my career has primarily been in web application development for the past six years, my passion for game development ignited during my late teens. An enlightening seminar on Unity Game Development during my 11th grade had me hooked, and since then, I've aspired to create my own game. I've dabbled in Unity, Unreal Engine, Godot, and more, but crafting an entirely original game has proven to be a formidable challenge. Hats off to all game developers, especially those one-person studios – Absolute Legends! Set in a fantasy world, it places players in control of various religions competing for dominance. As a player-assumed cult leader, your role is to lead your faction to expand, conquer, and rule the realm through diplomacy, warfare, and resource management. Strategic thinking and decision-making will be your allies in outsmarting your opponents. The game is designed primarily for single-player mode, catering to both casual and hardcore strategy game enthusiasts.</p><h1><strong>Our Development Journey:</strong></h1><p>Our journey with Pantheon Wars began in May 2023, starting as an iterative prototype of our core game concepts. We have since been building upon and refining these ideas. Our goal is to complete the prototype by November 2023, with an eye toward an early 2026 release. We are steadily progressing towards our end goal.</p><h1><strong>Development Tools:</strong></h1><p>We have harnessed the power of Unreal Engine 5 for game development and rely on Blender for our 3D designs and animations.</p><p>That's all for now, folks! Project Greenleaf is a turn-based strategy and real time tactics developed by Nytwolf Games. The game is set in a fantasy world that puts players in control of various religions, each vying for dominance. Players take on the role of a cult leader leading their faction to expand, conquer and dominate a new fantasy world through diplomacy, warfare, and resource management. Players must use their strategic thinking and decision-making skills to outwit opponents. The game is designed for single player mode, offering an engaging experience to both casual and hardcore strategy game enthusiasts.
